1. About the Site and Its Content

The Baymont Review publishes independent editorial content about food supplements and everyday wellness products. All editorial content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment or a recommendation to use any specific product to address any health condition. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or making any change to your health routine.

Revixol is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. EFSA-authorised health claims quoted on this Site relate to specific nutrients at the relevant nutrient reference value (NRV) and do not imply that any product treats any condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Food supplements are intended for adults unless otherwise stated on the product label.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site - including text, images, graphics, logos, design, layout and code - is the property of The Baymont Review Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may print or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you submit an order form on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed at the price and quantity shown. A contract is formed when we send you a written order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we identify an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you submit your order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order confirmation. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 3-5 working days of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Your Right to Cancel and Return

In addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee (see Refund Policy), you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email to support@wristpower.shop) before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods at your own cost unless otherwise agreed. We will issue a full refund, including any standard delivery charge paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of receiving proof that the goods have been returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Baymont Review Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of any product, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data or any health-related outcomes. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience and reference. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those sites. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law in your country of residence entitles you to rely on local mandatory consumer protection provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
